Random pic of Link and Zelda from Skyward Sword.

I was initially pretty pleased with it, but looking at it, the colors are too dark (I blame the tabby's screen :P) and the anatomy is way off as I'm terribly out of practice, and the composition sucks! I always suck at composition.

Anyway, this was initially a contest piece, which now I think was an error to submit due to all the glaring ickies, (knew I should have gone with chibi!) but it's already been submitted, so oh well!

I do really like the coloring overall. The whole thing took about 10-15 hours. I really hate the background, even though it took around 5 hours x_x

Oops, Link, Zelda, the Goddess Statue and the Triforce are all (C) Nintendo, of course!

You are always too hard on yourself, darling :T This is an absolutely beautiful picture. The shading on Link's hair and the Goddess Harp in particular absolutely floored me. Excellently done :meow:

I think the anatomy is lovely. And phooey, as far as the background is concerned. At least you tried to make a background, and it's easily recognizable from the game. A lot of artists (like moi, for instance) don't even TRY backgrounds at all.
